The laser rays reaching the tissue reacts with the water molecules and evaporates the tissue. Thus, micro channels of 120 micron diameter are opened in the tissue. The frequency of these channels may be increased or decreased during the implementation as depending on the necessity. The micro channels forming in the tissue cause the skin tissue to be tighter and shorten the collagen fibers. The obtained improvement tissue results with the increased prouction of collagen, elastine etc. basic elements of the connective tissue. As a result, the skin is more tight, its flexibility increases and the wrinkles, cracks, stains, scars and acnes are terminated. In short, the skin is rejuvenated. The CO2 fractional carbondioxide laser rays doe not peel the entire skin, to the contrary of chemical peeling or dermabrasion methods, but open micro channels with certain intervals which means a very fast and comfortable improving period. The implementation depth, again to the contrary of the other methods, not depends on the visual perception of the doctor but fully adjustable from the control screen of the device and definitely known. This method does not require general anaesthesia whereas topical anaesthesia creams are enough for a comfortable practice.

The skin is cleared before the laser implementation. All the face may be treated through about 20 to 30 minutes. No special preparation is required.
